Returns and exchanges.

For hygiene reasons, shapewear and innerwear can't be returned or exchanged once delivered. This protects every customer: everything you receive from SculptEra is new and unworn.

This policy doesn't affect your rights if an item arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered.

• After you order, we message you on WhatsApp to confirm your size.
• You can change your size or colour for free at this point.
• We only ship once you've confirmed.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it at no cost.

• Message us within [7] days of delivery.
• Send your order number and a photo of the fault.
• We'll arrange a replacement, and collect the faulty item if needed.

If a replacement isn't available, we'll refund the amount you paid, in cash or by bank transfer.

• Items that have been worn, washed or had their hygiene liner removed, unless they're faulty.
• A size that was confirmed with us before dispatch but no longer fits.
• Normal wear over time, or damage from washing that doesn't follow the care instructions.

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. Just reply to our WhatsApp size-check message or contact us.
