How to measure

Find your natural waist
Stand straight and relaxed. Your natural waist is the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button.

Measure around it
Wrap a soft tape measure around your waist, over thin clothing or bare skin. Keep it level all the way round, snug but not tight.

Match it to the chart
Breathe out normally and read the number in cm. Find the size whose waist range includes your measurement.
