• All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
• Colours may look slightly different on screen than in person.
• We may correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we'll contact you before shipping.

Your order is confirmed once we've confirmed your size with you on WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Payment is in cash on delivery, in AED. This applies to orders placed on the website and orders placed with us on WhatsApp. Please have the exact amount ready if you can. We don't take card or online payments at the moment.

We deliver within the UAE. Delivery times are estimates. See our delivery page for details.

For hygiene reasons, shapewear and innerwear can't be returned once delivered. Faulty items are replaced. See our returns policy.

SculptEra shapewear smooths your silhouette under clothing. It isn't a medical device and doesn't cause weight loss. If you're pregnant, recovering from surgery or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before wearing compression garments.
